    We do not require a deposit for your reservation. You can pay the total amount of your reservation directly on site.
    On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m.
    Our double rooms can also be booked for single use. A supplement of € 20.00 will be charged for the respective daily rate.
    Dogs are welcome at the Goldener Adler! For your four-legged friend we charge a daily fee of € 15.00 (excl. food). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and in the hall Loretosaal.
    All our guests get the free KlausenCard, valid for your entire stay. It offers a range of services 365 days a year:

    ● Free and unlimited use of all public transport in South Tyrol
    ● Use of the cable car Rittner Horn
    ● Each of the 90 participating museums can be visited once per card
    ● Free admission to the Chiusa and Velturno swimming pools
    ● Free use of the summer hiking bus and of the winter ski shuttle
    ● Wine and grappa tastings
    The hotel opening may vary and will be communicated at short notice.
    The tourist tax amounts to 3.40 € per person and night and has to be paid directly on site. Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
    You can park your car free of charge in our car parking area.
    Kids' rates in extra bed available with 2 full-paying guests:

    ● up to 5.9 years: free of charge
    ● from 6 to 13,9 years: 30,00 € per day
    ● from 14 to 17.9 years: 40.00 € per day
    ● from 18 years: 58,00 € per day
    According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our hotel and therefore also in our rooms. You can smoke in our smokers‘ lounge, on our sunny terrace.
    Up to 14 days before arrival you can cancel your stay free of charge. From 14 days until the day of your arrival we charge 100% of the total amount of your reservation.
    The wellness area and the gym are open daily from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sauna towels and bathrobes are available free of charge.
    It's nice to stay in touch with the outside world even when you're on holiday! That's why our hotel offers free WiFi in the whole building.
    You can pay your hotel bill in cash (limit of € 999.00), by EC card or by credit card.
