WINTER HIKING & SNOWSHOEING

Relax away from the daily grind
Walking through unspoilt snow-covered landscapes, venturing over snow-capped peaks and enjoying the contemplative silence that permeates the mountain scenery - snowshoeing and winter hiking are a must in Chiusa and surroundings. Walk away from the hustle and bustle of the ski slopes, through snowy fields and dense forests at high altitudes, towards the mountain peaks of the Isarco Valley. The extensive hiking trail network on the Villandro Alp, in the Funes Valley, on the Plose and on the Seiser Alm allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of nature in the mountains. And when your stomach is growling, you can treat yourself to some local delights during a break in a cosy mountain hut.
Once a week, our host Konrad guides you on snowshoe hikes and tours in the surroundings. Alternatively, you can take part free of charge in guided hikes organised by the Chiusa Tourism Association.
